Qualifications:

• Culinary degree, HRM degree, or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a culinary role, with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Proven experience in menu development, inventory management, and food cost control.
• Background in training and supervising kitchen staff.

Managerial Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and payroll management.
• Experience in conflict resolution and performance management.

Culinary Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Familiarity with Irish or international cuisines
• Ability to create and implement standard operating procedures.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in kitchen equipment and technology.
• Basic understanding of POS software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
