Antipolo - Timekeeper (Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily attendance records of all workers, staff, and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor and log time-in and time-out of employees, including late arrivals, undertime, and absences.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly timekeeping reports.
• Track overtime hours and ensure they are duly approved before submission to payroll.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer or Foreman for work schedules and manpower deployment.
• Assist in the verification of DTRs (Daily Time Records), leave applications, and other HR-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding working hours, rest days, and holidays.
• Secure and organize all timekeeping records for audit and payroll reference.
• Serve as the point person for timekeeping and attendance concerns of workers at the construction site.
• Perform other administrative or HR support tasks as assigned by the HR Officer or Site Management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course (preferred: Business Administration, HRM, or related field)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in timekeeping or administrative work (preferably in construction)
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and Philippine labor laws
• Familiarity with construction site operations is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to be assigned to different project sites and work extended hours as needed
