- Assist with all recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training processes.
- Prepare and maintain employees' records, including payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Work closely with managers on performance reviews and personnel issues.
- Identify process gaps and provide a solution
- Assist Managers with staff requirements
- Other duties assigned by the Immediate Head.
- Male/Female
- Preferably a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource & Development Management, BS Psychology, or any related courses.
- With experience in Payroll is an advantage
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in all facets of HR
- Proficient in relevant computer software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Canva
- Willing to be assigned in Leganes Plant
