Record daily attendance of employees, including time-in and time-out.
  • Monitor and track absences, tardiness, undertime, and overtime.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies in attendance records.
  • Prepare periodic attendance and labor reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws regarding work hours.
  • Assist in processing leave applications and tracking leave balances.
  • Support in payroll-related reports and documentation
  • Ensure records are organized for audit and filing
  • Validate employee timekeeping records and attendance data
  • Compute salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory or contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO)

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in payroll processing preferred
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Remarks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
