Accounting & Finance Manager

About the role

As the Accounting & Finance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our company's accounting and financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support strategic decision-making.

1. Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statement preparation
2. Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
3. Maintain strong internal control systems and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
4. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
5. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team to support decision-making
6. Oversee the work of the accounting team and provide guidance and training as needed

1. Qualified accountant with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 8+ years of proven experience in a finance or accounting managerial role, preferably in the Accounting industry
3. Thorough understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the ability to provide financial insights
6. Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks)
7. A team player with a strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
