Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily sales operations, including team huddles, pipeline reviews, and follow-up monitoring.
- Manage and coach Sales Assistants on lead nurturing, response speed, follow-up quality, and conversion.

- Proactive, organized, results-driven, and comfortable holding a sales team accountable for performance.
