About the Role
We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate business growth. This role is perfect for a sales leader with at least 3 years of management experience who knows how to build a high-performing team and consistently hit revenue targets in the outsourcing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive pipeline growth through outbound, inbound, and referral channels
- Prepare sales forecasts, manage CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), and present performance reports to leadership
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure successful client onboarding and proposals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new opportunities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Leadership / Managerial role
- Proven experience in the BPO / Call Center / Outsourcing industry is highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in handling client presentations and closing deals
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Willing to work hybrid in Makati
