Summary:

LeadAdvisors is hiring an experienced B2B Sales Closer to convert qualified discovery calls and demos into signed contracts for our BPO, lead generation, and verified live transfer services. You'll inherit SQLs from our SDR team and own the deal from second call through contract signature.

Compensation: base + commission, paid monthly.

Responsibilities:

  • Run discovery and demo calls for qualified prospects sourced by the SDR team.
  • Map deals — identify the economic buyer, the user, the blocker, and the champion.
  • Send proposals and contracts using our standard templates within 24 hours of demo.
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot CRM pipeline — stage, close date, deal value, next step.
  • Hit weekly outbound activity baseline and monthly closed-won quota.
  • Submit a weekly forecast every Friday with commit / best case / pipe coverage.
  • Hand off closed-won deals cleanly to the onboarding team with full context.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years B2B sales closing experience — selling services, BPO, SaaS, or solutions to SMB/mid-market.
  • Demonstrable quota track record — last 4 quarters numbers must be shareable.
  • Strong CRM discipline — HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Comfortable on video calls with US and Canadian prospects.
  • Reliable home setup, wired internet ≥ 25 Mbps, professional video background.
  • Bonus: experience selling lead gen, contact center, or marketing services.
