Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.
• Partner with department heads to determine staffing needs and develop appropriate job descriptions.
• Develop, post, and manage job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Screen incoming resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure efficient process flow.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages.

• Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles through online sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future manpower needs.

• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and job requisition data.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and hiring conversion rates.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and local employment laws.

• Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to content development, job fair participation, and digital presence.
• Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding, employee engagement, and workforce planning efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or shared services environment.
• Experience with bulk or multi-role hiring is an advantage.
• Proficient in using ATS, HRIS platforms, and job portals.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment compliance best practices.
