Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in sourcing top talent, preferably with a background in U.S.-based recruitment.
Starting Rate: $4.50/hourWork Setup: Fully Remote
Work Hours: Aligned with Pacific Standard Time (California-based)
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years as a Recruitment Specialist
U.S.-based recruitment experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipeline and tracking systems
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process
- Work efficiently in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with U.S. recruitment processes is an advantage
- Must be able to work during PST business hours
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools
