You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and setting up meetings for our Account Executive team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify potential customers using various tools and databasesExecute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone, and social mediaQualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiriesBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM system
Sales Activities
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain pointsPresent our SaaS solution's value proposition effectivelySchedule qualified meetings and demos for Account ExecutivesFollow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycleAchieve monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRMCollaborate with marketing team to optimise lead qualification processesProvide feedback on lead quality and market insightsSupport Account Executives during handoff and early sales stages
Required Qualifications- 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business developmentExcellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong phone presence and professional demeanorProficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, or similar)Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in SaaS or B2B technology salesUnderstanding of software solutions and business applicationsExperience with lead generation tools and prospecting methodologiesDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
