We are looking for driven and results-oriented Business Development Representatives (BDR) or Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our growing team! We specialize in services that make Property Managers in the USA more successful.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and research B2B leads
• Cold call, follow up, and book appointments
• Respond to inbound inquiries
• Track outreach in CRM and dialer (tools provided)
• Support lead nurturing and conversion
• Collaborate with sales on strategy and insights

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong experience in cold calling and B2B sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation processes
• Ability to hold a conversation about a service that needs a certain explanation
• Proactive, self-managed, and highly organized

• Can work on US hours
