JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Invoicing & Payments: Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables. Assist in managing vendor payments and resolving discrepancies.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring all expenditures are accurately categorized and supported by proper documentation.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support the Senior Accountant/Finance Manager in compiling data for financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Other Accounting task as advised.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal) Skills
