Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk (Entry-Level)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting and clerical operations. This is an entry-level position suitable for applicants with basic bookkeeping knowledge and QuickBooks experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain records in QuickBooks
• Monitor and track accounts receivable and payable
• Follow up outstanding client payments and account balances
• Arrange and schedule expense disbursements and supplier payments
• Prepare billing, invoices, and basic reports
• File and organize accounting documents and records
• Perform clerical and administrative accounting tasks
• Follow company SOPs and internal procedures
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial documents

Qualifications:

• Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply
• With basic QuickBooks experience or knowledge
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Accounting, bookkeeping, or business-related background is an advantage
