OPERATIONS OFFICER

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Entrepreneurship, Food Service Management, or related fields.
• Preferably with 3–5 years of experience in food service, restaurant, retail, or multi-branch operations.
• Strong knowledge of food business operations, branch standards, inventory, customer service, and operational compliance.
• Knowledgeable in BIR processes, business permits, licenses, government compliance, and branch documentation requirements.
• Experience in leasing coordination, landlord management, site requirements, and branch setup/opening is an advantage.
• Familiar with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and operational audits.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple branches, deadlines, and operational priorities.
• Willing to conduct branch visits, fieldwork, and coordination with government offices, suppliers, and external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
