Engineering assistant

Job Description

1. Systematically organize and manage all internal land-related documents, including deeds of sale, lease agreements, and acquisition files, to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact between local landowners and the owner side, facilitating effective communication and maintaining positive community relations to support project objectives.
3. Proactively address and resolve land-related issues, boundary disputes, or right-of-way concerns for subcontractors to prevent operational delays and ensure site continuity.
4. Conduct regular field visits to verify land boundaries and ensure that all on-site activities remain compliant with established property lines and legal agreements.
5. Coordinate with relevant local government units and regulatory agencies to streamline the processing of land permits, clearances, and other statutory requirements.
6. Utilize strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to secure land-use agreements and settle site entry requirements in alignment with project timelines.

• at least 2 years relevant experience in land acquisition, land reclassification, and land conversion
• With excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel and work on government offices
• Strong knowledge on compliance
