In this role you will lead the launch and continuous innovation of the Loan Origination Solutions system, automating credit policies and loan approvals across various products. • Design, develop, and maintain loan application and auxiliary systems
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code
• Analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot to ensure system stability and performance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout development
• Support deployment, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Rest API development, Java, Python, C++ and My SQL are must haves. With knowledge in Angular JS, Apache web server, Redis Stack and cloud platforms like Azure/AWS (nice to have). Knowledge in GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket for documentation
• Background in an Agile or Scrum development environment is preferred. Knowledge of the Bank's Credit Operations process is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to translate business requirements into technical specifications and explain concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills to design systems, resolve issues, and deliver scalable, end‑to‑end solutions
