• End-to-End Recruitment: Execute full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and managing the interview process across various channels to secure top-tier talent.
• Onboarding & Integration: Lead the new-hire journey from orientation and office tours to the preparation of contracts and maintenance of 201 employee files.
• Offboarding Process: Manage the entire lifecycle including candidate experience surveys, asset accountability tracking, and the formal employee offboarding process.
• Compliance & Labor Relations: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on the Philippine Labor Code to ensure all recruitment and offer negotiations are legally compliant.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Recruitment Specialist roles is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations is an advantage.
• With experience in resolving conflicts within an organization.

• The successful candidate shall receive the following:
• Working schedule (Monday to Friday)
