What is this role about?
The role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of various construction projects—including retail service stations, fuel terminals, electrification projects, and commercial developments—ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and meet quality and regulatory standards.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, managing on-site activities, leading site personnel, and addressing any changes or issues that arise during construction.

This role has a significant impact on the company’s performance by directly contributing to the successful and timely delivery of infrastructure critical to operations and revenue generation. Effective execution of this role ensures:

  • Project timelines and budgets are met, controlling costs and avoiding delays.

What will YOU do?
  • Lead planning, scheduling, and management of all field construction activities;
  • Monitor contractor performance, quality of work, site safety, and schedule adherence;
  • Ensure construction execution aligns with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements;
  • Manage change orders, construction variations, and site instructions efficiently;
  • Supervise site engineers, assistant managers, and subcontractors;
  • Lead regular site coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Conduct site audits, quality checks, and technical inspections;
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
What will YOU need?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Construction Management or Business Administration (Preferred but not required).
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC Registered).
  • Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Certified (Required).
  • Minimum 10 years in construction management roles (retail/commercial/industrial sectors).
  • At least 5 years experience managing multi-site construction teams and contractors
  • Expertise in construction management across retail, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of civil, structural, MEPF works.
  • Knowledge of national building codes, DOE/BFP permitting standards, and HSE practices.
  • Skilled in construction planning software (MS Project or equivalent).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, conflict management, and communication skills.
