About the role --

The HR and Admin Officer will lead the daily HR and Admin tasks of the company and develop policies and processes, recruitment & retention, compliance, compensation & benefits, training & development as well as oversee administrative functions.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Psychology, HRMD, or other business related course
  • Ability to work with a remote team
  • With extensive experience in HR operations preferably in a BPO or shared services
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of HR operations experience is required
  • Strong people management skills and planning
  • Strong english written and verbal communication skills
  • Business level English proficiency in both written and verbal communication is required
  • Amenable to work in a start-up environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are implemented effectively and consistently.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Provide decision support to other members of Management.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Maintain benefits programs.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop training materials and programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities and company policies.
  • Handle office administration including business registration, vendor coordination and purchasing
