Jr. Architect

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our architectural and development projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams in design development, drafting, documentation, and coordination from concept through project execution.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who is eager to develop technical skills, gain hands-on project experience, and grow in the field of architectural design and construction.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and design documentation using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Develop technical drawings, layout plans, estimates, and material presentations for internal and client review.
- Support the preparation of permit drawings, construction documents, and project submissions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure design alignment and project requirements are met.
- Participate in site visits and assist in monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with approved plans and design specifications.
- Prepare material selections, 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations to support design proposals and client meetings.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect (preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant architectural design software.
- Strong communication skills with keen attention to detail and design accuracy.
- A portfolio demonstrating academic or professional architectural work is an advantage.
- Willing to work on-site and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Can start ASAP.
