Skills and Qualifications:
- Keen Attention to details.
- Has knowledge in Building Code (Other government regulations) and construction methodology.
- Familiar with standard method of measurement.
- Proficient on MS Office, AutoCAD, Plainswift and/or other related software.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
- Has strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Willing to work on extended hours and weekends.
- Trustworthy and can work with minimum supervision.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Architect. If not Licensed Architect, substantial experience as a Quantity Surveyor with an architectural background is required.
- Currently residing in Cebu City
- At least 3 years experience in BOQ preparations, Cost Estimation, Material takeoff, manpower and equipment utilizations.
- Experience in consultancy or real estate industry is a plus.
