Aesthetic Nurse/Medtech

1. IV Therapy Administration & Patient Care

• Administer IV therapies following approved medical protocols and doctor’s orders.
• Perform proper patient assessment prior to IV insertion.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and monitoring during and after IV therapy.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and observe for adverse reactions.

1. Medical Safety, Hygiene & Infection Control

• Follow strict aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
• Ensure proper sanitation of treatment areas, equipment, and tools.
• Properly dispose of medical waste per health regulations.
• Immediately report adverse reactions, incidents, or complications.

1. Equipment, Supplies & Medication Handling

• Prepare IV fluids, medications, and supplies accurately.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory of medical supplies.
• Check expiration dates and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain and secure medical equipment appropriately.

1. Compliance & Documentation

• Accurately complete patient charts, consent forms, and treatment records.
• Ensure services rendered match approved treatment plans and pricing.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy.
• Comply with clinic policies, medical protocols, and regulatory standards.

1. Client Communication & Professional Conduct

• Explain IV procedures, risks, and aftercare clearly to clients.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate behavior.
• Address patient concerns calmly and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager, Doctor, and other staff as needed.

1. Sales Support & Endorsements (Non-Medical)

• Endorse approved IV therapies and packages based on patient needs.
• Avoid unauthorized medical claims or guarantees.
• Support clinic sales goals while prioritizing patient safety.

1. Other Duties

• Perform other tasks, functions, or responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• With 1-2 years experience as a nurse in an aesthetic clinic.
• Must be a registered nurse
