The Derma Supervisor oversees daily operations of the dermatology/derma clinic or department, ensuring high-quality patient care, adherence to clinical standards, and efficient workflow. This role manages derma staff, supports dermatologists, maintains compliance with health regulations, and ensures excellent customer service and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise derma staff and manage schedules.
Ensure proper patient flow and high-quality treatments.
Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
Handle patient concerns and support customer service.
Manage inventory, equipment, and treatment room readiness.
Conduct training and monitor staff performance.
Prepare basic reports and coordinate with management.
Qualifications/Requirements
Degree in Nursing, Dermatology Technology, or related field.
Relevant clinical or aesthetic experience (2–5 years).
Supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of derma procedures, devices, and safety protocols.
