- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in the nursing field
- Participate in curriculum development, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the nursing department and the college
- A bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
- A valid license to practice nursing in the Philippines
- Significant teaching experience in a tertiary education setting, with a proven track record of delivering effective and engaging lessons
- In-depth knowledge of nursing theory, practice, and the latest developments in the field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
