We are seeking qualified and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Nursing faculty team. The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching professional nursing courses, mentoring BSN students, and contributing to curriculum development and clinical instruction in partnership with our affiliated health facilities.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (as per CHED BSN Guidelines)Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered for the Nursing Faculty
For faculty teaching professional nursing courses: o Be a Registered Nurse in the Philippines with a current and valid PRC license.
o Hold a Master’s degree in Nursing (e.g., MN, MAN, MSN) conferred by a college or university duly recognized by CHED; or a master’s degree in Education or other allied medical and health sciences, if so allowed by CHED standards.o Have at least three (3) year of clinical practice in a field of specialization.
o Be a member in good standing of an accredited professional nursing organization (e.g., PNA, specialty nursing association).
For faculty teaching related courses (non professional nursing):
o Hold at least a master’s degree in an allied medical or health science field as specified under CHED’s policies for BSN programs
Preferred Qualifications- Doctorate degree (PhD, DNSc, EdD, etc.) in Nursing or related field.
- Experience in nursing education, clinical leadership, or health care management.
- Familiarity with CHED CMOs on nursing education and outcomes based teaching.
