About the Role
Responsible for providing secretarial / administrative support at departmental or divisional level- Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email
- Maintain files and records
- Use business software applications such as word processing, presentation and spreadsheet to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas and minutes
