We are a dynamic and fast-growing Real Estate firm located in the heart of Quezon City. As we continue to expand our property portfolio and team, we are looking for a dedicated, sharp, and highly organized HR Generalist to manage our daily onsite HR operations and support our growing workforce.

About the Role

As our HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our onsite office operations, handling the end-to-end employee lifecycle. This role is perfect for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a rock-solid foundation in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations (ER): Serve as the main point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management; cultivate a positive, compliant, and highly engaged workplace culture.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the administration of all government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company-specific perks; manage renewals and employee inquiries.
  • Payroll Administration: Coordinate timekeeping, manage attendance tracking (including real estate agents/staff schedules), and prepare accurate inputs for timely payroll processing.
  • Onsite HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, maintain accurate physical and digital employee records (201 files), and lead onsite onboarding/offboarding processes.
Work Schedule & Location
  • Location: Quezon City (100% Onsite Role)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Standard Business Hours)
Job Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the Real Estate, Property Management, or Construction industries.
  • Core Competencies: Strong, hands-on experience handling Employee Relations, Comp & Ben, and Payroll/Timekeeping end-to-end.
  • Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both office staff and field agents.
  • Proximity: Must be willing to work fully onsite in Quezon City.
