About the Role

As an HR Generalist (EOR & Client-Facing), you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the complexities of managing a distributed workforce. You will bridge the gap between global companies and their local employees, ensuring compliance, smooth onboarding, and exceptional HR delivery.

This role requires a unique blend of sharp client-relationship skills and a deep, end-to-end understanding of core HR facets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management & EOR Delivery: Act as the dedicated HR partner for international clients, addressing inquiries regarding local labor laws, payroll standards, and HR best practices.
  • End-to-Step HR Lifecycle: Oversee employee onboarding, contract management, benefits administration, performance management coordination, and offboarding for client employees.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations cases, providing fair and legally compliant resolutions while ensuring strict adherence to statutory local labor standards.
  • Facets of HR Alignment: Apply cross-functional knowledge in compensation & benefits, timekeeping/payroll inputs, and policy interpretation to deliver accurate guidance.
  • Offboarding & Separation: Guide clients and employees through termination or resignation procedures, calculating final pay components securely and managing legal risks.
Work Schedule & Setup
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Setup: Hybrid (Combination of remote work and scheduled on-site office days)
Job Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong background or solid understanding of Employer of Record (EOR) or HR outsourcing frameworks is highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive HR Knowledge: Proven competency across multiple HR facets, including Employee Relations, Labor Law compliance, Benefits Administration, and Payroll fundamentals.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; highly comfortable in a high-touch, client-facing environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical and dispute-resolution skills with a strong customer-centric mindset.
