The Project Coordinator will proactively break down complex, unclear projects into clear, actionable plans, anticipate next steps, and flag risks early. The role will drive implementation readiness by solving problems end-to-end, aligning resources, and developing practical workflows and documentation.

  • AI-Enabled Project Planning & Breakdown
Break down broad/ambiguous projects into structured implementation steps using AI tools (e.g., document analysis, requirements extraction, sequencing, dependency mapping).
  • Proactive Execution Support (“Brain” Role)
Anticipate next questions and proactively recommend next steps; drive clarity without waiting for instructions.
  • Risk Identification & Issue Escalation
Identify blockers, risks, and feasibility constraints early; raise issues confidently with recommended solutions/alternatives.
  • AI-Assisted Documentation & Process Design
Use AI tools to generate documentation (SOPs, workflows, checklists) and produce diagrams (process maps, swim lanes, RACI).
  • Feasibility Research & Analysis
Validate project feasibility through AI-supported analysis (technical/operational viability, stakeholder/resource needs, constraints).
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Mapping
Identify required roles/people needed for implementation, assign owners, and ensure alignment across teams (onshore/offshore/vendors).
  • Continuous Improvement & AI Workflow Innovation
Improve internal ways of working by introducing AI workflows/templates to speed up delivery and reduce manual work.
  • Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms to support research, planning, and content generation
  • Strong prompting skills to produce clear work outputs (e.g., plans, summaries, diagrams, and structured content)
  • Experience in process documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and operational checklists
  • Ability to create process diagrams (flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, RACI matrices) for clarity and alignment
  • Solid requirements gathering and clarification skills to translate business needs into actionable outputs
  • Capability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans proactively
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Strong research and feasibility assessment abilities to support decision-making
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Basic data handling skills, including managing tables, trackers, and summary reports
