Creative Project Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the trafficking of materials for all media (per brand) at all stages of production between creative, desktop and merchandising. This includes print, web and any other medium required. They are responsible for tracking and adhering to schedules while ensuring accuracy of information from merchandising to the creative team.They must understand the overall brand requirements and partner with the creative team.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trafficking of all media per brand: Digital/Web + Print
- Coordinate schedules and trafficking for web site updates and emails as needed
- Creates JIRA tickets for Digital (email, hps, site assets)
- Work with desktop, art directors and merchandising to ensure accuracy in pick up photography as well as new/AI photography
- Responsible for having Art placed in pages
- Review pages for Comp and Copy pass
- Works within designated workflow systems as determined by Company initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4-6 years catalog and/or web project management experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for effective interaction with all levels of company management, personnel and outside vendors
- Candidates must be proficient in Word & Excel. Experience with InDesign is a plus
- Candidate must be available to work on US Eastern Time (EST) schedule.
