- Location: Taguig City, Philippines
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Role: Accounts Payable Analyst
- Process PO and Non-PO invoices for local/foreign suppliers, brokers, and employee expenses
- Handle reimbursements, cash advances, credit cards, petty cash, and expense reports
- Perform invoice validation, posting, and approval routing
- Support AP account clearing (GRIR, VAT, employee advances, MIT/EIT/CIP)
- Assist in month-end activities, accruals, and AP reporting
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for invoice-related concerns
Qualifications
✔ At least 1 year of Accounts Payable or related experience✔ Basic knowledge of AP, accruals, and reconciliations
✔ Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
✔ Good Excel and communication skills
✔ Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
