About the role
This full-time Accounts Payable Analyst role at NYGC Services, Inc.' in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to make a strategic impact on the company's financial operations.As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining the company's vendor invoices and payments to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
What you'll be doing- Process vendor invoices, ensure accuracy of all data entered and proper accounting treatment
- Manage the accounts payable cycle, including matching purchase orders, receipts and invoices
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with vendors to ensure prompt payment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and reports
- Assist with month-end close and reporting processes
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Accounts Payable team with ad-hoc tasks as required
- 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
