Talent Consultant - Offshore Recruitment

Job Summary

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and functions. This role requires strong sourcing, market mapping, and structured screening expertise, along with the ability to handle confidential searches.

You will work closely with stakeholders and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, data-driven hiring environment aligned with Australian business hours.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer stage
• Build and maintain talent market maps for strategic hiring
• Conduct structured and competency-based interviews
• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies
• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain confidentiality for sensitive and executive searches
• Align work with Australian (Sydney) business hours

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Proven ability to manage hiring processes independently
• Experience working with international stakeholders (Australia preferred)
• Background in agency or corporate talent acquisition

• Experience recruiting for Australian-based companies
• Exposure to executive search or niche hiring
• Experience using ATS or CRM recruitment tools
