About the role
We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY'. As a CSR Pioneer Account, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.This is a full-time, in-office position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up on open cases as needed
- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre and customer service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
