About the role
H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC.' is seeking a talented and dedicated CSR Content Moderator to join our team in our Taguig City Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and appropriateness of customer interactions and content.As a CSR Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing customer service interactions and content to maintain our high standards.
What you'll be doing- Review customer service interactions and content to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Identify and address any inappropriate or problematic content or interactions
- Provide feedback and recommendations to customer service representatives to improve the quality of their work
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of your review activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly review and assess customer interactions
- Familiarity with customer service and content moderation best practices
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
