Job Summary

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This role manages the marketing team, monitors campaign performance, and collaborates with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and support the daily activities of the marketing team.
  2. Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  3. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  4. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  5. Track and analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  6. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  7. Coordinate with the sales team to develop strategies that increase customer acquisition and retention.
  8. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  9. Organize promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
  10. Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners.
  12. Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to: Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing

Supervises: Marketing Officers, Marketing Assistants, Content Creators, Graphic Designers, and other marketing staff, as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3–5 years of marketing experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and marketing analytics.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as CRM platforms, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  5. Experience in budget planning and project management is an advantage.
