KITCHEN SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has proven experience in kitchen management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent teamwork
• Monitor food preparation, cooking processes, portioning, and plating according to company standards
• Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety
• Assist in inventory management, food costing, and stock monitoring to minimize waste
• Prepare basic financial and operational reports as required by management
• Train, motivate, and evaluate kitchen team members to improve productivity and performance
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient kitchen and restaurant operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in kitchen management or supervisory roles
• Strong culinary skills and extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Experience in staff scheduling and financial reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
