The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role supervises operational staff, monitors performance, resolves operational issues, and implements process improvements to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  2. Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of operational staff.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  5. Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
  7. Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and performance metrics.
  8. Manage schedules, staffing, and resource allocation to meet operational demands.
  9. Resolve customer or operational issues promptly and professionally.
  10. Assist in budget planning and monitor operational expenses.
  11. Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  12. Support management in achieving departmental and organizational goal.

Reporting Relationship
  1. Reports to: Operations Manager or General Manager
  2. Supervises: Operations Staff, Team Leaders, Administrative Personnel, and other assigned operational employees
Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  2. 2 years of relevant operational experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Experience in team leadership and operational management.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems
