Job Summary:

The HR Senior Staff will provide support to the different facets of HR such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations to promote high levels of HR service delivery. The position is required to cooperate and collaborate with the HR team to be able to successfully contribute to the needs of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates end-to-end recruitment process (screening to onboarding);
  • Monitors employees' onboarding and status changes;
  • Facilitates new employee orientation;
  • Prepares, distributes, and monitors submission and completion of Performance Appraisal forms;
  • Assists and facilitates training activities, such as but not limited to checking and validation of Training Requests, submission of Training Modules and Mode of Training Assessment, creation and dissmemination of Training Announcments, Coordination with training participants and training facilitator/provider, sourcing for external training providers and facilitation of training evaluations; ensures that all trainings conducted are documented;
  • Assists and facilitates timekeeping, processing of government-related employee benefits and answers and/or provide solutions to employee inquiries/concerns;
  • Facilitates activities related to employee relations, such as but not limited to employee discipline and employer initiated activities;

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any Human Resource Management related courses
  • Must have atleast 3-5 years of human resource experience

Organizational Skills:

  • Good knowledge of labor laws up to date laws and regulations
  • Possession of excellent time management and team management skills
  • With strong, moral and ethical code

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to understand and pass instructions to team members to carry out without erring

Analytical Skills:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Computer Skills:

  • Competency in MS Office, format reports, databases, business management, graphics and presentation tools
