We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support to customers, field technicians, and field representatives. If you enjoy solving technical problems and helping people, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle support requests via phone, email, chat, and web forms
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of IT products and systems
  • Clearly communicate solutions in professional English (written and verbal)
  • Accurately document all service requests in internal systems
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Educational foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong background in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, with solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Systems management: Proven ability to install, configure, and maintain servers, storage solutions, and enterprise applications.
  • Security expertise: Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus solutions, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
  • Cloud experience: Hands-on exposure to cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Monitoring and optimization: Skilled in using system monitoring and performance tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) to ensure uptime and efficiency.
  • Automation skills: Ability to streamline processes through scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Communication and collaboration: Excellent documentation skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional certifications: Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA are highly advantageous.
