MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a PRC LICENSE FOR NURSING
- We prioritize those with BOSH Certificate
- Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, NBI and Gcash (for payroll processing)
- Physically fit, hardworking, can work under pressure and with less supervision
- Candidate must be amenable to work in shifting/rotating schedule
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide nursing care to injured or ill workers
- Give immediate temporary treatment in case of injury or illness, before the services of a physician becomes available
- Participate in health maintenance examination. If a physician is not available, to perform work activities which are within the scope allowed by the nursing profession, and if more extensive examinations are needed, to refer the same to a physician
- Participate in the maintenance of workplace health and safety by giving suggestions in the improvement of working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers
- Maintain a reporting and records system
- Maintain workplace health & safety programs, as well as medical services & facilities
- Has administrative control over the corporate clinic staff
- Ensures quality medical & health care to employees
- In-charge of staff & company physician’s schedules
- Prepare monthly report on clinic utilization
- In charge of company clinic inventory, including medicine & supplies
- Prepares list of equipment for preventive maintenance & identifies medical equipment for repair
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
