(₱140,000 basic + ₱10,000 allowance + Night Differential)
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of total healthcare experience
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Operations Manager in a healthcare account
- Must have experience handling 3–10 Operations Managers
- Strong background in managing KPIs, client relationships, and operational performance
- Amenable to work onsite in Pasig
- Amenable to work night shift
- Healthcare Director
Salary Package: Up to ₱200,000 monthly
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Healthcare Director
- Extensive healthcare BPO/shared services leadership experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations and multiple SOMs/OMs
- Strong client management and business operations background
- Amenable to work onsite in Pasig
