Location: Makati City (Onsite)
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns/OJT Students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. This is a great opportunity for students who want to develop practical HR skills in a fast-paced environment.With free meal and load allowance daily.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Help create and update job postings.
- Source and screen potential candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with applicants.
- Perform administrative and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in daily operations.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Must be completing required On-the-Job Training (OJT) hours.
- With good academic standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
- Must have own laptop and own mobile phone.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
- Hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Opportunity to develop professional HR and communication skills.
- High-performing interns may be considered for regular employment upon successful completion of the internship. Once absorbed, the starting salary will be ₱15,000 per month.
Note: This is an unpaid internship/OJT position. The salary indicated is for system compliance only and does not represent actual internship compensation. Outstanding interns may be considered for regular employment upon completion of the program, with a starting salary of ₱15,000 per month upon successful absorption.
