Recruitment Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Conduct background checks and reference checks as required
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resources;
- With at least one (1) year experience in end-to-end recruitment process
- With effective oral and written communication skills;
- Has general knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
