We’re hiring Recruitment Associates who can sell job opportunities to candidates and guide them through the hiring process. If you have strong sales experience and know how to close deals, you can help us close hires.

What You’ll Do
Promote job opportunities and help qualified candidates get hired.
Source candidates via calls, social media, job boards, and referrals.
Screen applicants and match them to client requirements.
Follow up with candidates to keep them engaged until they’re hired.

Consistently hit and exceeded outreach, interview, and hiring targets.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
Extensive sales experience (networking, telesales, field sales, real estate, insurance, or similar).
Preferably worked in a BPO setting.
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Confident communicator with good English (verbal & written).
Comfortable using computers, messaging apps, and online tools.

Recruitment experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you.
