What You’ll Be Doing

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will take full ownership of hiring outcomes while building a scalable, high-performing recruitment function: Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
  • Partner with Operations leadership to design and execute a scalable hiring strategy aligned with aggressive growth targets
  • Translate business plans into clear workforce and hiring roadmaps
  • Act as a strategic advisor on talent availability, hiring trends, and market insights
Drive Hands-On Recruitment Delivery
  • Operate as a player-coach—actively sourcing, interviewing, and closing critical roles
  • Own hiring targets and ensure consistent delivery across all functions
  • Resolve hiring bottlenecks and maintain momentum during peak demand
Build Recruitment Operations Excellence
  • Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes across BPO, support, and leadership roles
  • Establish and manage SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Leverage ATS (JobAdder) and recruitment technologies to drive efficiency and automation
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
  • Build strong talent pipelines for high-volume and critical roles
Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team
  • Mentor and develop Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists
  • Set clear expectations across output, quality, and efficiency
  • Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement
Strengthen Employer Brand & Talent Pipelines
  • Partner with HR to develop and promote a compelling employer brand
  • Drive EVP initiatives, referrals, and social media engagement
  • Build relationships with universities, training institutions, and industry networks
  • Support internship and OJT programs to create future talent pipelines
Leverage Data & Continuous Improvement
  • Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, conversion rates)
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring performance
  • Provide regular insights, forecasts, and benchmarking to leadership
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition in a Philippine BPO environment
  • Demonstrated success scaling hiring significantly (e.g., doubling headcount)
  • Strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on recruitment delivery
  • Experience hiring for ANZ and/or UK markets is highly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and candidate behavior
  • Experience implementing structured recruitment processes, metrics, and KPIs
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action and results
  • Proactive in adopting technology, including AI and automation
  • Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
