Your Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from regional stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and process documentation.
- Analyze operational data across business units to identify trends, perform root-cause analysis, and provide data-backed recommendations for leadership.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive operational dashboards and standardized reporting suites to provide real-time visibility on key metrics.
- Map current-state processes and design future-state solutions to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and quality.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities by creating documentation, impact assessments, and training materials.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.
- Proven experience in a BPO, shared services, or operational environment.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills using tools like advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Solid experience in requirements gathering and process mapping using tools like BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Professional business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
- Experience building reporting and analytics frameworks within a growing operation.
- SQL proficiency or experience with database querying.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience working with Australian, New Zealand, or multi-geography business stakeholders.
