Business Analyst – Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify system/process improvements.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and vendors.
- Support system implementation, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and user training when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience in insurance, banking, or financial services.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and UAT.
- Hands-on involvement in system implementation and enhancement projects.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, SQL, APIs, and Agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ideal Candidate
A mid-level IT Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with strong requirements analysis, stakeholder coordination, UAT, and system implementation experience who can bridge business and technical teams in enterprise projects.
