About the Role

As the Digital Ads & Analytics Specialist, you will oversee digital ad campaigns, analyze user journeys, and optimize conversions. Your ability to interpret data and drive campaign improvements will be crucial.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GA4, Looker Studio, and HubSpot dashboards to track performance.
• Optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Track user journeys and funnel performance.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Set and report on KPIs like CTR, CPA, and conversions.

Requirements

• You are a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for campaign optimization and analytics. Your insights help drive meaningful improvements and successful marketing outcomes.

• You’ve managed ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, using tools like HubSpot and Looker Studio to track and optimize performance.

• You love fast-paced, data-focused environments where analytics and insights lead to tangible results.

• Optimize paid ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Track and improve conversion paths.
• Build dashboards that drive actionable insights.

• Campaign performance and ROI improvements.
• Accuracy of dashboard analytics.

• This is a remote/work-from-home role with a night-shift schedule. Your shift will follow Canadian Mountain Time (MT), Monday to Friday.
